{"id":32987,"date":"2022-09-17T12:12:53","date_gmt":"2022-09-17T08:12:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/juremonia.am\/%d5%a3%d5%ab%d5%bf%d5%a5%d5%9e%d6%84-%d5%b8%d6%80\/"},"modified":"2023-01-05T01:13:18","modified_gmt":"2023-01-04T21:13:18","slug":"%d5%a3%d5%ab%d5%bf%d5%a5%d5%9e%d6%84-%d5%b8%d6%80","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/juremonia.am\/en\/%d5%a3%d5%ab%d5%bf%d5%a5%d5%9e%d6%84-%d5%b8%d6%80\/","title":{"rendered":"Do you know?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The citizen of the Republic of Armenia from 22 to 65 years old may be appointed as a\u00a0prosecutor, if he or she:<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) has obtained in the Republic of Armenia a Bachelor\u2019s degree or a \u201cspecialist with\u00a0diploma\u201d degree in higher legal education, or has obtained a similar degree in a foreign\u00a0state, which has been recognized and confirmed in terms of adequacy in the Republic of\u00a0Armenia in accordance with the procedure stipulated by law;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) masters the literary Armenian language;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3) is not subject to the restrictions established by paragraph 1 of Article 34 of this Law;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4) has completed the relevant studies at the Academy of Justice, if he \/ she is not exempt\u00a0from training at the Academy of Justice in the cases defined by Paragraph 10 of Article 38 of\u00a0this Law;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5) the person with at least two years of professional experience as a lawyer may be\u00a0appointed as a prosecutor of a subdivision for the confiscation of property of illegal origin<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>22 years old citizen of the Republic of Armenia may be appointed as a prosecutor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":32946,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[53],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-32987","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news-en"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Do you know?
