In other words, the offender must ensure that the victim fully understands the essence of his\/her request. At the same time, when taking the victim&#8217;s life the perpetrator shall particularly pursue the purpose of relieving the victim of severe physical pain or suffering.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"l7ghb35v kjdc1dyq kmwttqpk gh25dzvf jikcssrz n3t5jt4f\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"fxk3tzhb b2rh1bv3 gh55jysx m8h3af8h ewco64xe kjdc1dyq ms56khn7 bq6c9xl4 eohcrkr5 akh3l2rg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t1f\/2\/16\/27a1.png\" alt=\"&#x27a1;&#xfe0f;\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/>\u00a0<\/span>According to the previous Code, the committal of a crime due to difficult life circumstances or out of compassion was considered a mitigating circumstance.
