The institution of guilt has undergone significant changes in the new Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
Article 161 of the current Criminal Code provides for liability for a murder committed at the request of the victim.
Article 19 of Criminal Code
The new RA Criminal Code, which entered into force on July 1, 2022, provides for a new form of complicity, i.e. the criminal organization.
A crime provided by the new Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, which did not occur before: Article 197
By the new RA Criminal Code, which entered into force on July 1, 2022, although the stages of the crime are the same (preparation of a crime, attempt to commit a crime and completed crime), their concepts have been changed, in particular, the preparation of not very grave and medium gravity crimes is considered now a crime.
