Article 197: Forcing to marriage, divorce and to have a baby

Henceforth, forcing a person to marry or divorce or to have a child by use of violence, threats of violence, means of blackmail, humiliation, threats to destroy, damage or seize property, or using the financial or other dependence of the aggrieved, or by other means of coercion shall be considered a crime.

It can be punished with the restriction of liberty, short-term imprisonment, or imprisonment.

It is noteworthy that criminal liability does occur in any form of coercion, regardless of its consequences.
