Developing new mechanisms for adult prisoners from 2 penitentiaries of reintegration to society and its practical implementation by preparing and supporting them before and after their release, including
social case management

• employment and housing assistance
•  implementation of measures necessary for the issuance of passport and other documents
• implementation of psychological individual and group work, implementation of work aimed at behavior correction
• implementation of reintegration and rehabilitation works with the involvement and support of community structures
• elaboration and providing recommendations to the Ministry of Justice for further legal regulations of the sphere
• capacity building for the MoJ for drafting the Policy Paper of further Probation Service
