To study the requirements of international act and conventions (the legal acts of the Council of the Europe, UN, OSCE) in regard with organization of vocational education of juvenile prisoners
To study the requirements of the national legislation for regulation of the field
To study the international practice of the organization of the vocational education and trainings of juvenile prisoners
To study the present situation of Abovyan criminal-executive institutions, opportunities and perspectives of the organization of vocational education there
To identify the preferred vocational skills and professional orientation of young prisoners in Abovyan criminal-executive institution, the areas of specialization where they can fully be self-realized. Parallel to study much required specialisations of the job market in Armenia
To work out concept of proposals of organization of education of juvenile prisoners based on the standards and requirements of international practice
As a representative of civil society to promote the realization of the proposals by assisting state organizations to develop concept and new policy in the field
